		<description>I did a similar thing at the start of Feb. I saw a photo of me and freaked out... whale would be a nice way of putting it. I stopped eating my daily chocolate, reduced my serving sizes and started excercising 3 times a week. Was rough at the start (sugar withdrawals to the maX) but now I am feeling great!

So far I have lost 5kg and am fitting into my old clothes (the fat ones - my skinny ones - that I can&#039;t throw out - are waaaay off).

Not sure if you are interested - but I have being doing the c25k training program - www.c25k.com. I love it. At first it was tough, but I am up to week 4 and actually look forward to running. Odd I know.

PS: I don&#039;t think 6 months cold turkey is the best idea - I think a once a week allowance of a semi-fast food is better, because then you can look forward to it but instead of eating KFC why not try crumbed chicken &quot;nugget sized chicken breast pieces&quot; that are home-made and home-crumbed and baked instead of deep fried? Tastes nearly as good as KFC :) But you&#039;re less likely to break out and binge - which is my problem!

I relate to going from a size 10 to a size 14 since I&#039;ve been in my relationship the last few years and it&#039;s definitely on my agenda to reverse that trend.  Healthy eating and exercise is a must for me.

We had turned into fast food junkies here too. Not so much cause I liked it, more I am lazy and can&#039;t cook so it was much easier. 

For febusave we gave it up, and we also started eating healthy in general. We have lost heaps of weight and saved lots of money. I don&#039;t really think about it now, don&#039;t get the cravings or anything. Thinking about eating a quarter pounder or pizzahut pizza actually makes my stomach churn *eww*

Can&#039;t give up my Chinese and sushi, but they don&#039;t count right?
